Our Story

Hi, I’m Riley Horton, the owner of The Wash Company. The Wash Company began with a simple idea back in 2023: to build a service business where every job ended with a visible difference — not only in the appearance of a home, but in how the customer felt about it.

At the time, I was working a comfortable corporate job in logistics as an Account Manager. It paid the bills, but it didn’t fulfill me. Sitting behind a computer every day was difficult, and I felt a growing pull to do physical work — work where I could see the impact with my own eyes.

Then, in August 2025, while my wife and I were on leave caring for our newborn twin boys in the NICU, I received a call that changed everything. My employer was making cuts, and my position was one of them. In one moment, the stability we relied on was gone.

That experience lit a fire in me. I made a promise to myself and my family:
I would never again let someone else determine my ability to provide for them.
I committed to putting my full focus, energy, and determination into building the best exterior cleaning & restoration company possible — one built on integrity, hard work, and personal care.

Today, The Wash Company exists to restore homes, businesses, serve our community, and create a business my family can be proud of.
